We are looking for a unique individual to bridge the gap between the worlds of S&C and product marketing. This is an ideal role for someone who can translate their coaching expertise into effective marketing materials (both written and video) that resonate with coaches and rehab professionals. You will work closely with sales, customer service and marketing teams creating engaging and informative content. For the right self-motivated and creative person this has the possibility to be one of the best roles in sports marketing.

  • Develop product marketing materials (blog posts, website copy, email campaigns, ebooks etc) that showcase how Output can be used and benefit coaches and rehab professionals.
  • Develop creative video concepts and scripts that demonstrate the product in action, featuring practitioners and athletes. (explainer videos, testimonials etc.)
  • Create sales enablement materials (presentations, case studies, demo materials etc) that equip our sales team to effectively communicate the product's value proposition to coaches and rehab professionals.
  • Translate product features into clear and concise messaging that resonates with coaches (e.g., highlighting how a specific feature can help them solve a pain point they have as a practitioner).
  • Oversee the production of written and video content (working with designers, videographers etc.)
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in strength & conditioning and translate that knowledge into compelling marketing and educational content.

  • Bachelor's degree in S&C, Exercise Science, Rehab, Kinesiology, or related field. A certification such as UKSCA, NSCA, CSCS preferred.
  • At least two years experience working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
  • Experience creating content, marketing or sales enablement content (a portfolio would be a plus).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills (tailored for a coaching / rehab audience).
  • A passion for sports technology and its potential to improve coaching.
  • Video production experience is a bonus (but not essential, as you'll be working with a team)
  • Strong knowledge of sports science principles, with an understanding of how technology integrates into training.
  • Ability to conduct thorough athlete assessments and leverage technology for data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in designing customized training programs, utilizing both traditional methods and sports technology solutions.
  • Competitive salary in line with experience.
  • The autonomy to self-drive projects and the creative freedom to bring them to life.
  • Enjoy flexible working hours that accommodate your schedule while contributing to exciting projects in the sports tech industry.
