We are looking for a dynamic Regional Manager – UK to join our team, oversee UK sales, and drive growth in this critical market.
Role Summary
As the Regional Manager – UK, you will spearhead our sales efforts, establish strategic partnerships, and manage existing business relationships in the UK market. This high-impact role requires a deep understanding of the animal health industry and a hands-on approach to building relationships and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Management
- Drive sales of Micron Agritech’s products to veterinarians, SQPs, and other stakeholders in the UK animal health sector.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Regularly update senior management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Business Development
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and local partnerships to expand Micron Agritech's footprint.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Market Presence
- Represent Micron Agritech at industry events, trade shows, and conferences across the UK.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Field Work
- Spend significant time on the road, meeting clients, partners, and prospects.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of customers’ requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain detailed sales reports, records, and CRM entries.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the animal health sector, ideally selling to veterinarians and SQPs.
- Strong understanding of animal health products and market dynamics; familiarity with Micron Agritech's products is a significant plus.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Highly motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
- Valid UK driver’s license.
