Overview
Manna is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician to join their Dublin team. As a field Maintenance technician, you will be responsible for inspecting aircraft, diagnosing issues, performing routine and non-routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical problems, repairing, or replacing parts and components, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and technical specifications. You will also evaluate aircraft performance and carry out tests to identify and resolve problems. Ensuring our fleet is in tip top shape at all times.

- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our Drones while in operation.
- Repairing, debugging, servicing & maintaining the fleet to ensure our operations have available aircraft at all times.
Role Purpose
The Field Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our fleet. You will be the first point of contact on-site when technical issue arise The FMT will be responsible for inspecting aircraft, diagnosing issues, performing routine and non-routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical problems, and repairing or replacing parts and components.
Stuff you’ll be responsible for:
- Weekend onsite support for all our operations sites (Thursday – Monday)
- First line of support for technical issues during operations
- Adhoc transportation of craft from our test site in Offaly – Dublin
- Troubleshooting, testing, repairing and servicing Manna drones and support systems
- Managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
- Producing detailed service reports
- Documenting processes protocols
- Cooperating with technical teams and sharing information across the organisation
- Making appropriate recommendations and briefing on repairs, diagnostics and specifications
Personal Attributes + Key Qualifications expected for this role:
- You’re a self-starter who has 5+ years as a Field maintenance technician.
- You hold an appropriate qualification.
- You have a previous track record working in a similar role.
- You have excellent technical skills & and mechanical aptitude.
- You love working in a faced paced environment.
- You’re a great communicator and stand by your decisions.
- Your comfortable working across technical teams
- You have a full clean drivers licence
