At Manna our mission is to bring faster and safer food delivery to the suburban populations of cities in Europe and in the US. We have designed and built our own aviation-grade drones to deliver food directly from restaurants and centralised kitchens to consumers’ homes. This position places you at the heart of Manna’s operational strategy, where your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver a seamless, cutting-edge service.

The Ideal Candidate:

· Exhibits a strong interest in drone delivery and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

· Demonstrates impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to strictly adhere to procedures and guidelines outlined in our Operations Manual.

· Possesses a keen sense of vigilance, always on the lookout for potential safety risks or unusual occurrences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Product Suitability: Ensure that products are appropriately packaged and within the required volume specifications for safe drone delivery.

· Payload Preparation: Pack the payload into cassettes that integrate with our aircraft.

· Drone Loading: Responsible for loading the drone and confirming that the take-off area is free from obstructions and people.

· Cartridge Management: Oversee the loading and quality checking of all drop cartridges used during the delivery phase.

· Battery Management: Maintain a constant supply of charged cassettes, vital for uninterrupted flight operations.

Availability: Morning shifts from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm and evening shifts from 3:00 pm to 9:30 pm
