Team Leader Analog & Mixed-Signal Design Team

Position overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead our Analog & Mixed-Signal (AMS) Design Team (~6 persons).
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for:

• AMS IP Management:
  • Manage the AMS IP library, making sure that, at any given point in time, for every IP block, all the required design views are available and the quality and performance is guaranteed.
• CAD tools and design-flow Management.
  • Define and maintain the AMS design flow with associated CAD tools to ensure high-quality and timely project results
• Quality Management.
  • Guarantee the quality of AMS designs, at IP, intermediate block and top level, through the definition of adequate way-of-working processes, comprehensive release procedures, internal peer reviews and audits
• People Management
  • Recruit, develop and coach the team to world class performance
  • Keep the team happy and motivated

Qualifications:

• Master or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering
• Extensive experience (15+ years) with Analog & Mixed-Signal ASIC design, from initial product definition phase all the way to tapeout and bench validation
• Experience in leading an AMS design team (5+ years) to success
• Strong problem-solving skills and good knowledge of CAD tools and state-of-the-art AMS design flows. Experienced with version management and continuous integration.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other Axign design teams.

This full-time position is based at Axign’s headquarters in Enschede, The Netherlands.
